Guinep

Guinep is a small, round or oval fruit with a thin, brittle, lime-green skin that must be cracked or bitten to access the edible pulp inside. The pulp is jelly-like, ranging in color from pale orange to salmon pink, and surrounds a single large seed.

It is rich in vitamin C, which supports the immune system, and contains dietary fiber and antioxidants that may help reduce oxidative stress.
